Anna M. Hayes, 67, of Nachusa, IL, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2011 at KSB
Hospital in Dixon, IL. She was born on Nov. 17, 1943, in Kossuth, IA the daughter of Frank and Bonnie (Hopkins) Boulton. Anna married Dennis W. Hayes on March 17,1990 in Steward, IL.
Anna had been employed as a cook for Focus House in Rochelle and the Creston School
District. Anna farmed with Dennis for many years in the Rochelle and Dixon areas.

Survivors include her husband Dennis of Nachusa; son: Jim Lowe of Oregon; daughter: Melissa Lowe Goodrich of Rochelle; stepson: Howard Hayes of Grand Detour; stepdaughter: Laurrel (Ron) Childers of Steward; grandchildren: Megan (Tatenda) Goodrich Chibanga of Alguquerque, NM, Joshua Goodrich of Rochelle, Kimberly Goodrich of Rochelle, Tylor Childers of Steward,
Natasha Childers, Olivia Childers of Steward, and Jesse Pagel of Worthington, IA; great granddaughter: Savannah Goodrich of Rochelle; siblings: Gerald "Jim" Boulton of Rochelle, Shirley Ford of Fort Worth,TX, Peggy Dean of Burlington, IA, Hilda Sadler of Keokuk, IA and Bonnie Boulton of Rochelle. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Max, Don and Paul and sister: Elizabeth.

Services will be Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at First General Baptist Church in Rochelle at 10:AM.
Visitation from 5 to 7 PM, Monday, August 15th at Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle.
Burial at Columbus City Cemetery in Columbus City, IA. In lieu of flowers: Memorials can be made to Susan G. Komen For the Cure in memory of Anna.
