Obituary
Archie Norman Dodson, age 66, of Rochelle died on November 13, 2008 at the St. Anthony Medical Center. He was born on October 12, 1942 in Fayette Co., IL, the son of Russell N. and Goldie P. Owens Dodson. He worked as a Truck Driver. Archie enjoyed fishing and watching old western movies. He is preceded by his parents, 3 brothers: Ray, Russell and Emery Dean Dodson; and 2 sisters: Linda and Alberta Dodson.
Survivors include his daughter Sheri (Jerry) Pate of Hattiesburg, MS
brother: Allen Dale Dodson of Rochelle
sister: Rosie (Carl) Palmer of Loves Park, IL.
Family graveside service will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday at the Lawnridge Cemetery, Rochelle with Rev. Brett Todd officiating.
Cremation rites have been accorded, Unger Horner Funeral Home is assisting the
family.
Burial of his cremated remains will be at the Lawnridge Cemetery.
Memorials to the Rochelle Senior Center.
