Archie Eugene Jensen, 92, passed away Monday, February 9, 2026 at Franklin Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation in Franklin Grove, Illinois. Archie was born on August 6, 1933, the son of Mervin and Bertha (Williamson) Jensen in Boone, Iowa. He proudly served with the United States Army during the Korean War. On November 7, 1987, he married Deanna Marie Eash in Colfax, IA.

Archie was a seed corn dealer for Asgrow for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors; spending time hunting and fishing as often as he could fine the time to do so. He also enjoyed woodworking and was particularly finicky about his vehicles, especially his antique cars. He and Deanna loved to travel. Above all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, but eating ice cream was a close second.

Archie is survived his wife, Deanna of Rochelle; four children: Mark (Kim) Jensen, Jill Oveman, Jon (Dawn) Jensen and Susie (Keith) Wooden; two step children: Jared (Raquel) Eash and Scott (Michelle) Eash; 13 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

The memorial visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M., Friday, February 13, 2026 at First Presbyterian Church, 1100 Calvin Road, Rochelle. The memorial service will follow the visitation at 1:00 P.M., with Michael Chunko officiating. Cremation care has been provided by the Unger-Horner Funeral Home of Rochelle.
