Obituary

Arlene M. Stucker Woodworth Adamson, 92, of Monroe Center, IL, passed peacefully to her heavenly reward on January 15, 2025 at Saint Anne's Ascension Living Place. She was born on March 8, 1932, to Joseph and Hannah (Beer) Stucker in Malta, Illinois.

Arlene was always easy-going and fun loving. She maintained her sense of humor to the end. She worked for several years driving trucks and farm equipment for farmers. She also worked for many years as a barber in Rockford. Arlene always cherished the memories and friendship of her many clients through the years. She loved all her family dearly and cherished spending time with them.

Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Gerald Woodworth, second husband, Donald Adamson, sister, Phyllis Hillers (Stillman Valley, IL), brothers: Kenneth Stucker (Rochelle, IL), Emest Stucker (Monroe Center, IL), Milton Stucker (Freeport, FL).

She is survived by her brother, Keith Stucker (KS); sister-in-law, Norma Jean Stucker (OK); children: Roger (Debby) Woodworth (Dayton, TN), Joyce O'Bryant (Cleveland, OH), Charles (Lisa) Woodworth (Monroe Center, IL), Joseph (Jamie) Woodworth (Pikeville, TN); stepchildren: Anne Sand, Mike (Joan) Adamson, both of Monroe Center; ten grandchildren: Andrea, Gerry, Kyle, Edward, Ian, Ryann, Josie, Lucas, Leon, Laura; four step-grandchildren: Donene, Tom, Valerie, Brent; 13 great-grandchildren: Lucas, David, Myles, Stone, Chase, Arman, Amari, Amour, Amai, Amia, Eleanor, Chloe, Stella; four step-great-grandchildren: Brody, Scarlet, Aaron, Presley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Monroe Center Community Church or Saint Anne's Ascension Living Place or Northern Illinois Hospice.

The visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle.  The funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 25 at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Mellon officiating.  Burial will follow at Monroe Center Cemetery.  Visit www.ungerhorner.com to sign the online guest book.
