Arthur D. Kettleson, age 84 of Esmond, IL, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2007 at St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. He was born on Oct. 4, 1922 in South Grove Township, DeKalb County, Illinois, the son of Arthur B. and Isabelle Kettleson. He married Virginia B. Dodge on April 2, 1944 at the First Presbyterian Church in Rochelle. Member of the First Presbyterian Church, Tebala Shrine of Rockford - Honda Patrol and the Horicon Lodge - Freeport Consistory. Arthur graduated from the Rochelle Township High School, class of 1940. He farmed all his life and retired from the Rochelle Community Hospital as Supervisor of Maintenance in 1989. Preceded in death by his 2 brothers: Donald and Lynn.

3 great grandchildren: Gabriel Pearson, Thora Pearson, and Grace Martin

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. John Hamilton officiating.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4 - 7 PM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle with a masonic service to follow at 7:00 PM.

Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Presbyterian Church.
