Barbara R. Dahlquist, 58, of Chana, IL, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Serenity Hospice and Home. She was born on December 9, 1953 in Evanston, IL to Richard N. and Betty R. (Bokland) Weber. Barb married Daniel G. Dahlquist on May 4, 1979 in Rolling Meadows, IL. She was employed by First National Bank and Trust Co. of Rochelle. Barb enjoyed sewing,
reading and puzzles and was active in Relay For Life. She was preceded in death by her Father.

Survivors include her Husband: Dan of Chana, IL; Son: Brian (Irma) Dahlquist of Palatine, IL;
Daughter: Sara (Patrick) Wigmore of Yonkers, NY; Mother: Betty Weber of Urbandale, IA;
Brother: William (Linda) Weber of Champaign, IL; Sister: Christine (Allen) Rice of
West Des Moines, IA.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle, IL. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 1:45 PM prior to the services on Saturday.
Cremation rites arranged by Unger-Horner. The Family requests memorials to Relay For Life or Serenity Hospice and Home.
