Barbara J. Hayenga, 72, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2013 in Rockford, Illinois. Barb was born June 19, 1942 in Rockford, Illinois to Maynard and Marguerite (Kerrison) Bulthaus. She married Wayne Hayenga August 8, 1964 in Rockford.

Barb is survived by her husband, Wayne, two sons: Bryan (Faith) Hayenga of Kings and Neal Hayenga of Lansing, MI; two daughters: Jill (William) Collier of Rockton, IL and Julie (John) Cook of Pecatonica, IL; her brother, Richard (Theresa) Bulthaus of Caledonia, IL and nine grandchildren: Jessica, Andrew and Elise Hayenga, Jack and Gabrielle Collier and Emily, Regan, Abigail and Matthew Cook.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, September 29, 2014 at the Elim Reformed Church, 140 S. Church Rd., Kings with Pastor Gerry Dykstra officiating. The visitation will be just prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:45 at the church. Burial will follow the service at White Rock Cemetery. Memorial to be established.
