Betty I. Minnegan, 62, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 in Maywood, Illinois. Betty was born January 3, 1953 to William and Irene (Matherly) Ball in DeKalb, IL. She married Michael B. Minnegan on June 4, 1977 in DeKalb. He preceded her in death on May 10, 2006.

Betty is survived by her sons: Jeremy (Amanda) Minnegan of Davis Junction, IL and Jason Minnegan of Glen Carbon, IL; her brother, David (Silvia) Ball of Butte, MT and four grandchildren: Christopher, Carter, Caylee and Mason and a granddaughter on the way.

The funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 7, 2015 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle with Chaplain Judy Williams officiating. The visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, August 6 at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb. A memorial has been established.
