Beverly L. Krieger 77 of Rochelle, IL died Sat. April 9, 2011 at St Anthony Hospital Rockford.
Born Oct. 29, 1933 in Oglesby, IL the daughter of John and Bernice (Gaull) Entwistle. She married Albert James Krieger on March 11, 1950 in Iowa City, IA. They were hand holding sweethearts for 61 years of togetherness. She was a member of St Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle. She enjoyed helping people and showed that by volunteering for meals on wheels, and Christian Food Pantry. Beverly's favorite job, besides being married to Albert, was being mom and grandma. Preceded by her parents and son James Williams Krieger in 1978.
Survived by her husband: Albert of Rochelle; daughter Jo Ann (Jim) Bingham of Rochelle; son Steve (Liz) Krieger of Russellville, AR; daughter Cheri Haws of Oswego, IL; son John (Thala) Krieger of Benton, IL, and daughter-in-Law: Jan (Don) Medler of Grant, MI.
Grandchildren: Jenny Krieger (Jason) Oliver, Donnie Medler, Jackie (Brian) Ramsey, Jeanette (Ryan) Tartaglia, Jimmy (Jamie) Bingham, Tasha Sykes, Sheena (Matt) Jones, Tyler Krieger, Cassi Krieger, Artie (Daisy) Haws, Andrew (Tasha Gomez) Haws, Ethan and Evie Krieger.
Great Grandchildren: Aiden, Jackson, Reed, Hunter, Addison and Zeagan.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM on Thursday April, 14th at St Patrick Catholic Church, in Rochelle, IL. With visitation on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th Street, Rochelle, IL. Memorials to American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer.
