Obituary
Billy Ray Horton, age 54, died on July 26, 2008 at his home in Rockford after a short illness. He was born in Rochelle, IL on November3, 1953, the son of Alfred and Gladys Ackerson Horton. Billy worked at Milestone Industries in Rockford. He is preceded in death by his parents, and 4 brothers: Robert and Michael Horton, and infant brothers, John and Richard.
Survived by his sister: Nancy (Jack) Thorne of Rockford
several nieces and nephews
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Milestone, 4060 McFarland Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
