Blandina Nambo, 86, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at her home in Rochelle. Blandina was born June 2, 1930 to Maximino and Juana Nambo in Mexico. She married Guadalupe Nambo Gonzales, who has preceded her in death.
Blandina is survived by three children: Alma (Guauhtemoc) Belmonte, Magdaleno (Maria) Nambo and Fransico (Camerina) Nambo; nine grandchildren: Brian, Lizbeth, Jessica, Magaly, Nathan, Kelly, Jennifer, Heather and Justin Nambo.
The visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, April 20, 2107 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. The funeral will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, April 21 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 236 Kelley Drive, Rochelle with Father Johnson Lopez officiating.
