Bobby J. Waddell Jr, age 51 of Creston, IL passed away at his home surrounded by his family
after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

He was born on Jan. 12 1961 in Rochelle to Bobby Joe and Nancy E. (Henderson)
Waddell. On April 24, 1982, he married Lori Kay Tilley. Prior to his illness, he was
employed by Ideal Industries in Sycamore. Preceding him in death were his Father;
and infant sister: Amelia Gaye Waddell. Bobby served on the Creston School Board and was past President for 4 years and was Vice President for 2 years for the Creston Parent Teacher Association. He was a EMT for both Rochelle and Creston Fire Departments and coached for A.Y.S.O., R.Y.B.A., and Little League.

Survivors include his wife: Lori of Creston: 2 sons: Seth of Dixon and Cole of Creston;
2 daughters: Ashli (Garrett) Schoenholz of Paw Paw and Katherine (Andy) Kettleson of
Bandera, TX; 2 brothers: Jeff (Susan) Waddell of Sycamore, IL ; and Brad (Michelle) Waddell of Oak Lawn, IL; sister: Nicole Waddell of Creston; 4 grandchildren: Jack and Charlie Kettleson; Jude Waddell and Jocelyn Schoenholz and his mother: Nancy Waddell of Creston.

Services will be at Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle, with Rev. Joel Robertson at
10:30 AM, Saturday, June 2, 2012. Visitation at Unger-Horner on Friday, from 4 to 8 PM.
Burial at Trinity Memory Gardens. Memorials to the family.
