Bonnie Winn Seebach, 78, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Northwestern Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois.  Bonnie was born on April 29, 1945 to Sheldon and Elizabeth (Wasson) Mickey in Rochelle.

Bonnie had several jobs over the years.  She worked at Chrysler's assembly plant in Belvidere, IL, the Rockford Postal Service, Avery Dennison in Rochelle, Northern Illinois University, McDonald's and Walmart.  While attending Kishwaukee Community College in the 1990's, she was an exchange student to Belgium.

Bonnie enjoyed doing many different activities, crocheting, word puzzles, watching movies, shopping, country music, making wedding and birthday cakes and playing the auto harp to name a few.  She especially loved the time she spent with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events and activities.  Selling pumpkins in the fall was always a highlight. She enjoyed all the visits with those that would stop by and the time she spent with Scott.

Bonnie is survived by her three children: Michelle Eldred, Scott (Amy) Seebach and Jeff Seebach, all of Rochelle; sister-in-law, Mary Mickey; and five grandchildren: Hannah Eldred, Kyle (Kelsey Thompson), Allison, Ella and Sienna Seebach.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Jennifer Ann and brother, Jim Mickey.

The visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle.  The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 17 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Eldred officiating with an additional visitation at 10:00 A.M. prior to the service.  Cremation care will follow the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bonnie's memory to the American Diabetes Association.
