Bradley G. Mellor, age 56, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN on Thursday, May 11, 2017. He was born on December 25, 1960 in Rochelle, the son of Ernest L. and Mary Kathleen (Rainwater) Mellor. Brad married Tammy Leigh Misciasci on October 15, 1983 at the Faith Lutheran Church in Rochelle. He enjoyed woodworking and working as a carpenter. Brad was an active member of the Rochelle Moose Lodge, past chairman of the North Central Illinois Chapter of Ducks Unlimited for over 20 years, and chairman of Delta Water Fowl. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, hunting, four wheeling, and riding his Harley. Preceded in death by his father, and brother, William Ross Mellor.

Survived by his wife, Tammy Mellor of Rochelle, 2 children: Wesley (Krystyn) Mellor of Steward; and Kelsey (Cody) Crosby of Rochelle; 2 grandchildren: Dayton and Brynndyl Mellor of Steward; mother, Mary (George) Stultz of Illinois City, IL; 2 sisters: Beverly (Tim) O'Brien of Rochelle; and Yvonne (Craig) Danekas of Rochelle; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Barbara Cox of Rochelle, and father-in-law, Thomas (Sally) Misciasci of Rochelle.

Visitation will be held from 4 - 8 pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6 ^th St., Rochelle. Funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Faith Lutheran Church with Pastor Joy Alsop officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
