Caitlynn Thea Powell was stillborn on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009 at Kishwaukee Community
Hospital in DeKalb, IL. Her parents are Rachel Marie Milburn and Lance Michael Powell
of Rochelle.
She is survived by her parents; 2 sisters: Kenzy Bishop and Natalie Milburn; grandparents:
Rebecca and Anthony Milburn of Rochelle and Debbie and Gary Powell of Holcomb, IL
A private family memorial service was arranged by Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle.
