Carolyn E. Miller, 72 of Rochelle, IL died Sunday Nov. 22, 2009 at home. She was born June 25, 1937 in Rochelle, IL the daughter of William B. and Vera L. Strang McQueen.
Preceded by her father on Aug. 13, 1980.

She was a member of St Patrick Church and was the City Treasurer of Rochelle from 1982 until retiring in June 14, 2004.

Surviving: Mother Vera McQueen of Rochelle, 3 sons Steven (Kathy) Kasmar of Holcomb, IL, Gregory Kasmar of Clinton, IO, and Timothy (Marci) Kasmar of Ashton, IL.
2 daughters Lisa A. (Jeff) Naber of Houghton, MI and Laurie K. (Gary) Page of Rockford, IL.

1 brother Robert (Sarah) McQueen of Mt. Montgomery, AL and 2 sisters Ruth (Don) Patterson of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Nancy (Steve) Hopkins of Esmond, IL.

8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday Nov. 25th at 10:00 a.m. at St Patrick Catholic Church with visitation Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Unger-Horner Funeral Home.

Burial of ashes will be in Greenview Cemetery in Esmond, IL

Memorial fund has been Established.
