Catherine Lou Heck, 69, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family. Cathy was born February 17, 1948 to George and Betty (Linkugel) Holcomb in Covington, Kentucky. She married Benjamin J. Heck, Jr. on August 6, 1966 in Southgate, KY. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald (Margie) Holcomb.

Cathy is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ben Heck of Chana; four children: Stephanie (Todd) Barrington of Simpsonville, SC, Michele Heck of Rochelle, IL; Ben (Keetra) Heck of Delong, IL and Amanda (Chad) Tilton of Dixon, IL; sister, Melissa (Chris) Ackerson of Hebron, KY; 13 grandchildren: Zach (Jennifer) Barrington, Tanner Barrington, Jordan (Kane Carlson) Barrington, Delaynie Barrington, Kylie Heck, Taron Heck, Damon Cagle, Grayson Heck, Dawson Heck, Evalyn Heck, Carter Hartness, Walker Tilton and Waverlee Tilton; and three great grandchildren: Jaxon Barrington, Aria Barrington and Hadley Heck.

A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M., Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6 ^th St., Rochelle. The entombment will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 8, 2018 at St. Stephen Cemetery Mausoleum in Fort Thomas, KY.
