Charles "Chuck" A. Bradford, 63, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. Chuck was born August 28, 1953 to Harvey and Ernestine (Montgomery) Bradford in Sterling, Illinois. He earned an associates degree from Sauk Valley Community College. Chuck married Laura Helms on June 5, 1982 in Rochelle. He worked for Eagle Foods and then for Sullivan's in the produce department for many years. Chuck was a member of the Rochelle Masonic Lodge for several years. He is preceded in death by his father.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 35 years, Laura of Rochelle; two children: Lindsey (Rick) Bradford-Moore of Geneva, IL and Nicholas Bradford of Madison, WI; his mother, Ernestine Bradford of Sterling, IL; three brothers: Jerry (Maria) Bradford of AZ, Kenneth (Patty) Bradford of SC and Richard (Pam) Bradford of MO; and three grandchildren: Austin Bradford, Anderson Moore and Ava Moore with grandchild number four on the way.

The visitation will be from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M., Monday, July 31, 2017 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6 ^th St., Rochelle. Following the visitation will be a Masonic Service at 6:00 followed immediately by the funeral service with Debbie Gaines officiating. A memorial will be established.
