Cheryl Grennan, 69, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 in Rockford, IL. Cheryl was born September 16, 1946 to Eugene and Eunice (Hayter) Charn in LaPorte, Indiana. She married Jack Grennan on August 1, 1964 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael; infant children: John and Mary; niece, Courtenay; and brothers-in-law: Gary Bellow, Bill Grennan and Ron Primrose.

Cheryl is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jack; four daughters: Cheri (Jim) Smith, Peggy (Dave) Bialas, Kerry (Brian) Lindquist and Kelly (Todd) Nesgood; sister, Jeanne Charn Bellow; 15 grandchildren: Jack, Kate, James and Meg Smith, Luke, Cain, Rebecca, Cheryl and David Bialas, Lane, Noah, Alexander and Charlie Lindquist and William and Caroline Nesgood and many nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 9:00 - 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 22, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 244 Kelley Drive, Rochelle. The funeral mass will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday at the church with Father William Wentink officiating. The burial will follow the service at St. Patrick Cemetery in Rochelle.
