Clarence "Al" Wyatt passed peacefully Wednesday, December 29, 2021. He was born February 7, 1935 in Steward to Earl and Ruth (Newlin) Wyatt. He loved the life on the family farm. At age 18, he joined the US Marine Corp and served in the Korean War. After serving in the war, he came home to work at Caron's Spinning where he met his lovely bride, Joyce, in 1956. They married December 21, 1957. They made a home in Rochelle with their children, Mitch, Shelly, Shawn and CJ. He retired from Rochelle Disposal in 1996 and enjoyed many odd jobs in retirement. He enjoyed his television time, daily lotto ticket trips, hunting and fishing and spent many Sundays watching the Chicago Bears play football. He also enjoyed all his time spent with his wife and family and many grandchildren.
He is survived by adoring wife, Joyce, his sons: Mitch (Linda) of Rochelle and Shawn (Michelle) of Alexandria, VA and daughter, CJ of Rochelle; one brother, Stu (Carol) of Oregon, IL. He is survived by grandchildren: Jordan, Mikayla, Bentley, Teresa, Talia, Jaeden and Matthew and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by daughter, Shelly, his parents, one sister, Helen and brothers: Hobart and Kelly.
