COLBY GLENN "BUD" HALL, age 66, of Rochelle passed away on Friday, December 25, 2009 at his home. He married Joyce Ann Swingley on July 22, 1967 in Rochelle. Bud worked at Kishwaukee Community College as a maintenance supervisor prior to retiring in 2005. He served in the Vietnam War in the United States Army. Active member of the United Methodist Church of Rochelle, where he served on the board of trustees, and also a member of the Golden K Kiwanis Club. Preceded in death by his 2 brothers: Jim and Gene.

Bud is survived by his wife Joyce Hall of Rochelle,
his 2 daughters: Tracey (Kevin) Hall-Tracey of Lake in the Hills, IL, Kim (Pete) Muschong of Woodstock, IL; brother & sister-in-law: DeWayne (Eileen) Swingley of Rochelle;
2 brothers: Ed (Arline) Hall of Jonesville, VA, and Robert Hall of Kingsport, TN;
2 sisters: Audrey Johnson of Oakridge, TN, and Drucilla (Lawrence) Hensley of Rosehill, VA;
and 5 grandchildren: Brandon and Brooklyn Tracey; and Alexandria, Elizabeth and Peter Muschong.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the United Methodist Church of Rochelle with Rev. Brett Todd officiating.
Visitation with family will be on Wednesday at the Church from 9:30 to 10:45 AM prior to the memorial service.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Les Turner ALS Foundation, Rochelle United Methodist Church or Ogle County Hospice.
