With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a vibrant and cherished soul, Daisy Pacheco, on July 26, 2025. Born in Aurora, IL, on April 28, 1998, Daisy was a captivating beacon of life and laughter. Her charismatic personality and adventurous spirit made her a joy to be around, and her compassionate heart touched everyone she knew. She was a genuine treasure, a rare gem who brought light into our lives with her humor, kindness, and unfailing willingness to help others.

Daisy was not just a behavioral therapist by profession but a healer in the truest sense. She worked tirelessly in her chosen field of healthcare, bringing comfort and understanding to those in need. Her work was not just a job, but a manifestation of her deep love for humanity. She loved her family unconditionally, always putting them before herself. Daisy is survived by her loving family, her father Mauro Pacheco, mother Anna Anaya, and sisters Liliana and Ashley Pacheco who are united in their grief, yet comforted by the countless happy memories they shared with her.

In Daisy's own words, "We are not here for a long time; we are here for a good time." And a good time it indeed was, with Daisy in our lives. Her legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will forever be etched in our hearts. As we bid farewell to Daisy, let's celebrate her life and the joy she brought to all of us.

The visitation will be from 2:00 - 6:00 P.M., Sunday, August 3, 2025 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle.  The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 4 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 236 Kelley Drive, Rochelle with Father Jesus Dominguez officiating.  Burial will follow the service at St. Patrick Cemetery in Rochelle.  Visit www.ungerhorner.com to sign the online guest book.
