Dean "Deano" L. Wold, 49, passed away suddenly Monday, August 4, 2014. Dean was born January 17, 1965 to David and Meta (Pugh) Wold in Hinsdale, Illinois. He married Joann Stallone April 11, 1986 in Wheaton, IL. He was a hardworking and loving father, who loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Dean is survived by his wife, Joann, his son, Jeremy (Katie Kelly) Wold of DeKalb, two daughters: Noelle (Ryan Toomey) Wold of Genoa and Josephine Wold of Rochelle; two loving grandchildren: Vladimir and Angelina. He was one of twelve children, special sisters: Chris (David Uncapher) Wold, Tina (John) Lowery, Terri (Roger) Genz and Tracy (Jermaine) Young and many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many loving in-laws.

The funeral service will be 7:00 P.M., Monday, August 11, 2014 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. The visitation will be from 3:00 - 6:45 P.M. prior to the service. Cremation rites will follow the funeral. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
