Dee (David) Williams, age 53 of Lindenwood, IL died in a car accident on his way home from a snowmobile trip in Wyoming. He was born on March
24, 1958, in Rochelle, IL the son of John (Jack) and Joyce (Whitman) Williams. He married Debbie Darlington on January 4, 1997 in Rochelle, IL. graduated from the Rochelle Township High School Class of 1977. Member of the Lindenwood Union Church and a member of the Eswood School Board.

Dee worked along side his dad on the family farm before taking over full time after his father retired. Dee was an employee of Maplehurst Farms part time starting in November 1973 and became full-time in 1977. Dee was the outside operations manager at Maplehurst and he believed that he never would give a job to another employee that he would not do right there beside them. Dee enjoyed spending time with his family snowmobiling, boating, camping and traveling. Dee was the most kind hearted person and always saw the positive in everyone.

He was preceded by both of his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie of Lindenwood, son Dawson of Lindenwood, Step daughter Amber Mayer of Ashton, IL and Brother Roger (Cheryl) Williams of Albert Lea, MN.

Visitation will be on Friday, January, 27, 2012 from 3 - 8 PM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church, 1100 Calvin Road, Rochelle with the Rev. Pat and Les McClelland officiating.
Memorials can be made to the family.
Burial will be at the Lindenwood Cemetery.
