Diane Lynn Thomas, 62, died Friday, October 24, 2025 at Oregon Living and Rehabilitation in Oregon, Illinois.  Diane, the daughter of Lester W. and Marilyn (Card) Swinton, was born on January 27, 1963, in Rochelle, IL.

Diane was the sweetest person and everyone liked her. She brought a lot of joy and was a true blessing to her family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Lester; two aunts: Virginia Card and Donna Thomas and two cousins: Donnie Thomas and Martha Thomas.

Diane is survived by her mother, Marilyn of Creston; brother, Patrick Swinton of Creston; sister, Linda Prawitz of Rochelle; niece, Sarah Swinton of Rochelle; uncle, Dennis (Wonell) Swinton and four cousins: Bruce Swinton, Denny Swinton, Cindy Wisner and Joyce Holland.
