DONALD KEITH ALCOCK, 87, passed to his Heavenly home on May 6, 2016. Don was born January 11, 1929 in Lindenwood, IL, son of Meynard and Genevieve (Bray) Alcock. He was a life long Lindenwood resident, farmer and conservationist, past board member of Lindenwood Union Church, and Lindenwood School and past Captain of Lindenwood Fire Department.
He is predeceased by his parents; sister, Frances (Richard) Robb and nephew, Christopher Haub.
Don is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Beilke) Alcock; his children: Duane (Lynette) Alcock, Dale Alcock and Deanna (Mark) Hill; grandchildren: Greg, Stephanie, Melissa, Elizabeth, Brittany and Ben; great-grandchildren: McKenna, Riley, Reagan, Kyzley, Madden and Bryson; sister, Helen Ann Haub of Rockford and brother, John (Joyce) Alcock of Dunwoody, GA and nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at the Lindenwood Union Church on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Les McClelland officiating. Immediately following the service, there will be a time of fellowship and a luncheon. Private burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
