Donna (Moluf) Krahenbuhl, 84, of Rochelle died Tuesday, March, 26, 2013 at her home in Rochelle. She was born on Feburary 13, 1929 to Arne and Frances (Anderson) Moluf in Omaha, Nebraska. Her father died in 1939. She moved to Rochelle when her mother married Nels Hetland.
Donna graduated from RTHS in 1946. She was crowned Miss Rochelle in 1946 and Miss Ogle County in 1947. After high school, she briefly lived in Chicago and worked as a model. She married her high school sweetheart, LaVerne "Bub" Krahenbuhl, on February 5, 1949 in Rochelle. She worked at Morgan Dye until her children were born and then worked part time at the family business. She loved spending time with her family at the lake house in Wisconsin and traveling to Marco Island, Florida with friends. Donna was a member of the Rochelle United Methodist Church.
Donna is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Bub, December 12, 2012, her son, Keneth and brother Arne.
Surviving are her daughter Lynn (Ed) VanVickle and son, Roger (Mary) Krahenbuhl; her grandchildren Brian (Marla) VanVickle and Amy (Casey) Kilduff and great-grandchildren Zechariah and Alexandra VanVickle, Braylon and Brooklyn Kilduff.

Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St. Rochelle. The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2012 at the Rochelle United Methodist Church. Memorial is established to the Rochelle Relay for Life.
