Obituary
Dorace G. Johnson 89 of Rochelle, IL died Friday Dec. 22, 2006 at Oak Crest Health center in DeKalb, IL. She was born June 20, 1917 in DeKalb, IL the daughter of Cyrus and Wilhelmina (Anderson) Gonterman. She married Orville J. Johnson on Oct. 19, 1940 in DeKalb. He preceded her Dec. 13, 1999. Also preceded by a sister Phyllis Wickness and an infant sister Nancy.
Survived by her son Thomas (Patricia) Johnson fo Washington, D.C., sister Bonnie (Robert) Abbott of Dekalb, IL.
4 grandchildren Christopher, Todd, Shawn and John Scott and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday Dec. 28th , 10:30 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Rochelle, with Rev. Judy Sherk. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 at Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St. in Rochelle, IL.
Memorials to Rochelle United Methodist church or Circle of Care at Oak Crest Health Care Center.
Entombment will be at Lawnridge Mausoleum in Rochelle.
