Dorothy Marie Tourigny, 85, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon, Illinois. She was born July 11, 1927, the daughter of Victor J. and Margaret E. (Shook) Bonke in Watertown, Wisconsin. Dorothy married Arthur J. Tourigny August 14, 1952 in Evansville, Indiana. Nancy was a member of the Women of the Moose and the United Methodist Church of Rochelle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, on May 13, 1996. She was also preceded by her two brothers: Stanley and Marvin Bonke.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters: Nancy Tourigny of Rochelle, Linda (Everett) Willstead of Rockford, IL and Jo Beth (Richard) Lytle of Ramona, CA; one sister, Lois Chandler of Evansville, IN; six grandchildren: Angela Goad, Denise Holt, Dennis Willstead, Richard Lytle, Jessica Brown, and Andrew Lytle, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Rochelle on Monday, March 18th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. The visitation will be 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral service. Burial will be at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle. Memorials are to the United Methodist Church of Rochelle.
