Earl E. Andracke, 81, of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Franklin Grove Living and Rehab Center. He was born May 21, 1941, in Spring Valley, IL, the son of Edward and Eileen (nee Denler) Andracke. He married Susan Dicus on May 21, 1971, in Oregon, IL.

Earl proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was in the retail furniture business in Rochelle for 44 years. He was an avid card player who enjoyed playing with his card group at the country club every Thursday. Earl was also a member of a stock club in Rochelle.

Earl is survived by Susan Andracke; a daughter, Meredith (Matthew) Sauer of Manitowoc, WI; two grandchildren, Olivia and Josh Sauer; a sister, Linda (Rita Reed) Andracke of Plainfield, IL; two brothers, Mark (Trish) Andracke and Alan Andracke, both of Naples, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will take place at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 10, 2022, at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St. in Rochelle with Pastor Matthew Sauer officiating.
