Rochelle

Wynnie Earline Johnson, 73, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at her home in Rochelle.  Earline was born on February 22, 1950 to Lloyd S. and Hazel I. (Pankey) Babb in Newport, Arkansas.  In May of 1967, she married Ronnie Johnson.  He preceded her in death on September 23, 1999.

Earline was a beautician and owned the Hair Pride Beauty Shop in Rochelle for many years. She enjoyed doing yard work, sitting by her Koi Pond, spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Biscuit, that she loved very much.

Earline is survived by her son, Carl (Bonnie) Johnson of Oregon, IL; two granddaughters: Tiffani (Shawn Dunn) Johnson and Heather Johnson and one great grandchild on the way.  In addition to her parents and husband, Ronnie, she is predeceased by her son, Brian on November 26, 2013 and her sister, Ludean Peterson.
