Edna M. Willaims 92 of Ashton, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2009 at Rochelle Gardens Health Care Center. She was born on June 30, 1917 in Douglas County, IL to James Thomas
and Edna Jane (Wells) Atkinson. Edna married Earl Beck on Aug. 27, 1932 and he preceded
her on Feb. 18, 1945. She then married Edwin Williams on May 17, 1947 and he preceded her
on Oct. 6, 1984. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son: Lowell Beck; Grandson:
Timothy Smith; great grandson: Trent Kasmar; Son-in-law: William Troxel; 2 sisters: Alta Cravens and Mary Chandler and 2 brothers: Joe and Charles Atkinson. Prior to retiring in
1979, Edna was employed by Caron Spinning in Rochelle. She enjoyed sewing and crafts.

Survivors include children: Russell (Betty) Beck of Dixon, Doris (Lawrence) Bolhous of
Oregon, IL, Charles (Carol) Beck of Costa Mesa, CA, Carolynn (Donald) Williams of Rochelle,
Bonnie (David) Bamborough of Chana, and Patricia Troxel of Rochelle; 18 grandchildren;
32 great grandchildren and 30 great great grandchildren and special friends: Ruth Beck and
Susie Kreider.

Funeral Services will be at Unger-Horner Funeral Home on Wed. Aug. 5, 2009 at 11:00 with
Chaplain Judy Williams. Visitation from 10 to 11 AM prior to the service Wednesday at
Unger-Horner. Memorials to Ogle County Hospice. Burial will be at Trinity Memory Gardens.
