Eleanor Lillian Hart, age 93, passed away at her home on Sunday October 7, 2018. She was born on September 19, 1925 in Marquette, Michigan, the daughter of Leo and Lillian (Desotelle) Fleury. Eleanor graduated from St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago and worked as a nurse at the Americana Nursing Home in Rochelle.

She married William A. Lakanen, he preceded her in April of 1992. Eleanor later married Howard Hart on June 20, 1996 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, he preceded her on April 26, 2002. Member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Preceded in death by brother: Lee Fleury and sister, Agnes Huft.

Survived by her 5 sons: William Lakanen of Elkorn, WI, James (Sue) Lakanen of Aurora, Steven (Patty) Lakanen of Stillman Valley, Thomas (Sheila) Lakanen of St. Charles, MO, and Richard Lakanen of Rochelle; 5 grandchildren: Tony (Janet) Lakanen, Matt, Mark, Greg and Eric Lakanen, 4 great grandchildren, brother, Paul Fleury of Nevada and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral mass will be at 10:30 am on Thursday, October, 11, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Ruben Herrera officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior at the Church from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Thursday. Memorials may be made to the St. Patrick Catholic Church.
