Eliberto Rodriguez, age 73, died on Saturday, May, 12, 2012 at his home with his family at his side. He was born on Nov. 16, 1938 in Brownsville, TX to Gavino and Eva (Lopez) Rodriguez.
Eliberto was a graduate of Brownsville High School. He was formerly a Supervisor for Price Brothers in Rochelle, and worked there for over 40 years.

Survivors include: Son: Eliberto R. (Anabel Aguilar) Rodriguez of Rochelle; grandchildren: Derek (Gabrielle) Troha of Dixon, IL, Colin Troha of Rochelle, Aidan Rodriguez and Julian Rodriguez both of Rochelle and 6 brothers and 4 sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Miguel Rodriguez; daughter: Sylvia Troha;
brother: David Rodriguez; and sister Enedina DeLeon.

Services will be at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 10:30 AM. Visitation at Unger-Horner Funeral Home on Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 5 to 8 PM.
