Frances Gutschick, age 99, passed away on October 9, 2006, in Rochelle, Illinois. She was born on Oct. 4, 1907 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of John and Celia (Klopcic) Stonich. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Santa Maria, CA and St. Patrick Church in
Rochelle, IL.

Frances was the sweetest Mom to her three children: Mary (Dixon) Montgomery of Rochelle, IL;
Nancy (Wayne) Rhoades of Elgin, IL; and Vincent (Lou Ellen Kay) Gutschick of Las Cruces, NM. She was greatly loved by her four grandchildren: Susan Ferrara of New York; Jason Rhoades of Elgin, IL; Heather (Richard) Wilson of Elgin, IL; and David Gutschick of Pasadena,
CA. She is also survived by one great grandchild: Mia Rose Wilson, who considered her great grandmother her "favorite friend" and by her sister Margaret Stonich of Vista, CA.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Vincent in 1977, her sisters: May Artmann, Cecilia Michaels, and Polly Poulos and her brother: Edward Stonich.

A memorial funeral mass is pending at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle, IL
