Grace H. Huntley, age 90, of Rochelle, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at
Rochelle Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born on Sept. 8, 1916 in
Lindenwood, IL, the daughter of Frank and Mabel (Reints) Strang. Grace married Roland M. Huntley on Oct. 26, 1935 in Belvidere, IL and he preceded her on Aug. 17, 2000. She was also preceded by 3 brothers: Clarence, Francis and Willard Strang; 5 sisters: Edna Beach, Fern Rittmeyer, Cora Beck, Edith Hill and Stella Baker; 2 grandsons: Steve and Stan Rager and 2 great grandchildren: Weston and Channing Butler. Grace was a member of the Flagg Center Church of God.

Survivors include 2 sons: Donald E. (Norma) Huntley of Chana, IL and Dallas A. "Lant" Huntley of Oregon, IL; 2 daughters: Margene Rager of Oregon, IL and Dellouise Greenfield of Rochelle, IL; 1 brother: Calvin (Lorraine) Strang of Lindenwood, IL; 5 sisters: Iris Sturgill of Rochelle, IL, Marie Donahue of Rochelle, IL, Vera McQueen of Rochelle, Ruth Harrolle of Rochelle, IL, and Margaret (Melvin) Hoffman of Rochelle, IL; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th in Rochelle, on
Nov. 10, 2006 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Sandra Graber and Rev. Gordon Landry officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 AM prior to the funeral service at Unger-Horner on Friday. Burial will be at Flagg Center Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers: Memorials can be made to Ogle County Hospice or the Flagg Center Church of God.
