Grace C. Scott 93, formerly of Rochelle passed away Oct. 10,2006 at Centegra Memorial Medical Center , Woodstock, Il. She was born Jan. 22, 1913 in Bonaparte, Iowa
daughter of John E. and Georgeanne Linaweaver Stafford. Grace married Chester E. Scott Nov. 9, 1939 in Kahokia, Mo. He preceded her Oct. 4, 2000.She was also preceded by one daughter Mary Ziller and great great grandson, Thomas Martin.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Rochelle.

Survivors are two daughters : Janis (Anton ) Anderson-Lites of Chicago and Diane (Theodore ) Kruger of Joshua, TX. and 10 grandchildren: Scot, Linda, James, Douglas, Dan, Kimberly Gwendolin, Ty, Janis, and Stacy and 20 Great grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday Oct. 13,2006 at the First Presbyterian Church of Rochelle at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dr. James Tilley officiating. A visitation will be from 10:00A.M. till service time at the church. Memorial fund has been established to the First Presbyterian Church. There will be a grave side service 11:00 A.M. Sat.
