Guadalupe G. Sarabia, Age 92 of Rochelle died on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at the Rochelle Community Hospital. She was born on May 9, 1916 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Ralfael and Delfina Villarreal Gonzalez. She married Elias Sarabia in 1933 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, he preceded her on June 19, 1974. Guadalupe worked at the Stokley Van Camp in Rochelle. She was also preceded by a daughter Maria Boeder on December 17, 2004.

Survived by her son: Evaristo "George" (Sandra) Sarabia of Rochelle,
2 daughters: Maria (Magdaleno) DeCarmen Garcia of Rochelle,
Andrea (Armando "Raul") Herrada of Rochelle
13 Grandchildren, and 20 Great Grandchildren

Funeral mass will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Rochelle with Father David Peck officiating.

Visitation will be from 5 - 8 PM on Wednesday at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, Rochelle.

Burial at the St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Rochelle.
