HARRY P. "JIM" WALKER III, age 70, of Rochelle passed away at his home with his family by his side on Friday, January 26, 2007. He spent his time living in Rochelle, Scottsdale, AZ and Hayward WI. Jim was born on August 4, 1936 in Rhinelander, WI to Harry P. Jr. and Charlotte Clark Walker. He grew up in Plainfield, WI. Attended University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. He was employed by International Harvester. He married Sharon Zentner June 21, 1958 in New Glarus, WI. In 1969 he and Wayne Schork began Walker-Schork International in Rochelle, IL. After selling his business he developed Hickory Ridge Subdivision in rural Rochelle.

In lieu of Flowers, memorials to Ogle Co. Hospice, RAMP Center for Independent Living, or the Rochelle United Methodist Church.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at the Rochelle United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jon Hutchison officiating.
Visitation will be on Monday from 5 - 7 PM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St. Rochelle.
