Isabel Marie Fisher, age 96, of Rochelle passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the Rochelle Community Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1914 in Toluca, IL, the daughter of Harry and Mary Brassea Bergonz. She married Paul Fisher in Belle Plane, IA in 1939, he preceded her in death in 1968. Prior to retiring, Isabel worked as a registered nurse. She is a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She is also preceded by 4 brothers: Frank, Jim, Henry, and John; and 3 sisters: Alice, Leta, and Catherine.

grandson: Mike (Laura) Fisher of Birmingham, AL
2 great grandchildren: Paul Daily Fisher, and Isabel Catherine Fisher

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 15, 2010 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Steven Lange officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 - 7 PM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St. Rochelle, IL.
