Jacqueline "Jackie" F. Wolf, age 75, died on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the Pine Acres Rehab and Living Center in DeKalb. She was born on August 29, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John F. and Helen Hammerely Montmarquette. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist for Lutheran General Hospital and Apria Healthcare prior to retiring. She is a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter Christine Wolf-McCarthy, and great granddaughter: Victoria Lynn Wolf.

Visitation will be from 12 PM to 4 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle.

Funeral will be at 4 PM on Wednesday following the visitation at Unger Horner Funeral Home,
with Rev. David A. Peck officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family request plants.

Cremation rites will follow service.
