Obituary
Jake Leuzinger, 93, formerly of Rochelle, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2008
at Casa Bonita Convalescent Home in San Dimas, CA. He was born on Aug. 2, 1914
in Blanchardville, WI, the son of Jacob and Mary (Zuberbuehler) Leuzinger. He married
Pearl Musselman on Oct. 29, 1940 in Clinton, IA and she preceded him on Feb. 12, 2002.
He was also preceded by a sister: Edna Detig and 2 brothers: Henry and Harry. Prior to retiring, Jake was a welder for ELCO in Rockford, IL and had been a member of the Rochelle United Methodist Church since 1948.
Survivors include a son: Mark Leuzinger of San Dimas, CA; and a granddaughter: Katrina Leuzinger.
Graveside services will be held at Lawnridge Mausoleum, Rochelle, IL on Thursday July 24, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Brett Todd.
