Jerry Reinders
Burial services will be held for Jerry Reinders, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 4, 2018 at his home in Gilmer Texas. Services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Ashton Cemetery, Ashton, IL. Services are under the direction of Unger Horner Funeral Home of Rochelle IL.
Mr. Reinders was born December 18, 1932 to Max and Callista McMullen Reinders in Oregon, IL. Jerry worked for IBM for 35 years. After the loss of his first wife Betty Burhenn Reinders, he married Marilyn Walker on October 15, 1992.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, and mother of his children; grandson David Loar; and sister, Loba Antoine.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Marilyn Reinders; sons and daughter in laws, Mark & Susan Reinders, Matthew and Linda Reinders; daughter and son in law, Denise & Vernon Osborne, sister and brother in law, Donna & Will Cline; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren with one on the way.
