Juan Carlos Rosales, 54, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at his home in Rochelle. Juan was born on April 7, 1968 to Antonio Rosales Figueroa and Josefina Salazar Martinez in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico. On January 8, 2000, he married Samanta Rodriguez in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico.

Juan is survived by his wife Samanta of Rochelle; two children: Ingrid Yamileth Rosales and Odalys Rosales both of Rochelle; three brothers: Orlando Rosales of New Mexico, Gamaliel Rosales of Reseda, CA and Jose de Jesus Rosales of New Mexico; four sisters: Martha Rosales of New Mexico, Matilde Rosales of California, Irma Rosales of Lynwood, CA and Evagelina Rosales of Ameca, Jalisco; his cousin, Genaro (Griselda) Salazar of Rochelle and nieces and nephew: Tania, Cindy and Diego Salazar of Rochelle.

Juan was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Antonio Rosales.

The visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M., Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 3, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 244 Kelley Drive, Rochelle with Father Jesus Dominguez officiating.
