Obituary
Kaysin Maddox Elliott, was born prematurely on May 7, 2011 at the Swedish American Hospital in Rockford and later that day passed away at the Rockford Memorial Hospital. He is the son of Jeramiah Elliott and Kamara Chapman.
He is survied by his parents, Kamara and Jeramiah of Rochelle, his grandparents: Betty Chapman, and John and Janine Elliott all of Rochelle, aunt Jonna Elliott, and uncle, Christan Castro.
The family is having no services, and cremation rites are being accorded. Unger Horner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
He is survied by his parents, Kamara and Jeramiah of Rochelle, his grandparents: Betty Chapman, and John and Janine Elliott all of Rochelle, aunt Jonna Elliott, and uncle, Christan Castro.
