Kelley D. Goheen, 49, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the Rochelle Community Hospital. Kelley was born on May 25, 1970 to Richard and Judith (Miller) Glazebrook in Springfield, Illinois.

Kelley is survived by two children: Jeffery Hartline of Springfield, IL and Kayla Martin of Rochelle; her mother, Judith Poehlein of Springfield, IL; sister, Kim Masters and four grandchildren: Noah Hartline, Abbigaile, Brayden and Zayden Martin. She was preceded in death by her son, Casey Martin on September 10, 2017.

Cremation care has been accorded by the Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle.
