Kelly S. Tibbs, 56, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home in Rochelle. Kelly was born on December 26, 1964 in Sterling, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her mother, Anita Hess.

Kelly was fascinated by hummingbirds and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two sons: Jeremy and Colin Fransen; and seven grandchildren: Bentley Fransen, Jaxson Fransen, Karlie, Jeremy Jr., Kegan, Lexie and Enzlee.
