Lois O'Donnell, 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15, 2014 at her home in Creston. Lois was born January 8, 1933 to Raymond and Hazel (Brewer) McCord in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. She married Richard O'Donnell on October 11, 1958 in Lee, Illinois. He preceded her in death on June 15, 1984.
Lois is survived by her eleven children: Kryss O'Donnell, Bill (Kris) O'Donnell, JoAnne O'Donnell, Suzie (Roger) Armstrong, Tricia O'Donnell, Nettie (David ) Leifheit, Linda (Kevin) Herrmann, Michael (Nicole) O'Donnell, Ann (Christopher) Norton, Mark O'Donnell and Matthew (Jennifer) O'Donnell; 20 grandchildren: Kolt and Kody O'Donnell, Tiffany (Andy) Siebrasse, Stephany (Jeffrey) Gleich, Candise (Lincoln) King, Alexe (Brendan) Grace, Ashlei Leifheit, Julie, Brittany, Emily and Keith Herrmann, Drake, Mari, Larkin and Jenna O'Donnell, Tyler (Jerica) Norton, Taylor and Tatum Norton, Charlise and Elizabeth O'Donnell; 11 great grandchildren and her brother, Delbert (Barb) Mc Cord of Paw Paw, IL.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Lois.
