Lowell Hatfield, 76, of Rochelle, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Serenity Hospice Home in Oregon. Lowell was born November 28, 1943 in Ewing, Virginia, the son of Willis and Minnie (Ayers) Hatfield. He married Dianne Maronde on June 20, 1970 in Rochelle.

Lowell is survived by his wife, Dianne; two sons, Scott (Heather) Hatfield and Ryan (Molly) Hatfield; two grandsons: Caden and Luke Hatfield; six siblings: Lillian Eldridge, Arvil (Tina) Hatfield, Sue (Frank) Ramsey, Doug (Judy) Hatfield, Gary (Elaine) Hatfield, and Minnie Surber; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Lowell is preceded in death by five brothers: William, Grover, Ernest, Austin, and Chester Hatfield.

A private family graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle with Chaplain Judy Williams officiating.
