Lynn Dorothy Warner, 74, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Alden Debes Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Rockford, Illinois. Lynn was born on October 5, 1951, the daughter of Warren L. and Natalie F. (Pagles) Miller in Rockford, IL.

Growing up in Monroe Center, Lynn graduated from Stillman Valley High School. After her children moved out, Lynn attended Kishwaukee College to earn her RN degree. She finished her nursing career working with Home Health at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. Lynn then worked several years as an administrator with the Monroe Township Fire Protection District in Monroe Center.

Lynn is survived by her two children: Jonathan Frandsen and his wife, Gina, of Las Vegas, NV and Jill Chichotky and her husband, Sebastian, of Calverton, NY; her brother, Michael Miller and his wife, Laura, of Yuma, AZ. She had three grandchildren: Alex Frandsen, Troy Chichotky, and Veronica Chichotky.
